Steps to make Thinai adai:
  1. Crispy crunchy Adai ready to be served with tomato garlic thokku.
  2. Wash and soak gram dal, toor dal, moong dal separately.  - - Wash and soak Thinai separately. - - Grind all the ingredients in the mixer grinder separately and keep the batter outside to ferment. Grind it coarsely.
  3. Heat tava and Put Adai using Coconut oil. I have added drumstick leaves on top of Adai. It enhances the taste of Adai.
  4. Flip the adais on both the sides and make it crispy.

This adai has lentils and millets, so it is highly nutritious, full of fiber and rich in protein. This adai can be had for breakfast or dinner. Heat the tawa, take a laddle full of adai batter and gently make a circle like uttapam or you can also add more water and spread it like a thin dosa. I have made like a thin uttapam. After hearing so much about Thinai I brought it and first item I tried with that is Adai.
