The ingredients needed to make Porridge:
  1. Take Wimbi flour
  2. Make ready Water
  3. Make ready Sugar, optional

In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Combine the powdered milk, oats and cinnamon; quickly stir into the boiling water. To serve, pour into bowls, spoon Greek yogurt, thinned with a little milk, on top and drizzle with honey.   2. Mix the flour with a bit of water say, 150ml and stir.
  3. As it boils, pour the mixture into the cooking pot and stir it altogether. Let it boil for about 20 minutes and it should be ready.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
  5. I prefer adding sugar after serving because not everyone would like theirs with sugar.
