  2. Prepare 100 gm coconut Dry Grated
  3. Take 250 gm Jaggery
  4. Prepare 2 tsps Sesame seeds
  5. Make ready 1 teaspoon Cardamom
  6. Make ready 100 gm Ghee

Stepwise Procedure For Tambittu Unde (Roasted Gram Dry Kopra Ladoo): Firstly powder the roasted gram and keep that ready. In a deep pan, melt the ghee, add the jaggery powder and heat until the jaggery melts. Remove the pan from the heat, add the grated kopra, powdered roasted gram, cardamom powder and mix everything well. Steps to make Tambittu/Roasted gram Laddoo:
  1. Grind roasted gram.
  2. Dry roast grated coconut and sesame seeds.
  3. Add Jaggery and ghee in a Kadai. Cook it in a low flame and once jaggery comes to thin consistency put off the flame.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together and mix it well. When it's hot take a small portion and make a Laddoo.

Remove the pan from the heat, add the grated kopra, powdered roasted gram, cardamom powder and mix everything well.
