  6. Add some cooking oil to your specification
  7. When the rice is cooked one can now place the onions on heat.
  8. Cook the onions till they are ready. For like two minutes
  9. Add the sliced tomatoes and Dania to the fried onions. Cook them for about two minutes.
  10. When its ready add the beans and star it.
  11. Add small quantity of water at your specification.star again and give it 5mins to boil.
  12. Once its lady you serve it with the rice. You can spice it with an avacado and enjoy.

Next add the sauces, green chilli and cumin/turmeric spices. Stir and add in the cooked beans and salt. Turn down the heat to medium. Add the mixed veggies or meatless chicken, tomatoes (diced and crushed), kidney beans, corn, green chilies, oregano, cumin, chili powder and liquid smoke. This is the best red beans and rice I have ever had, hands down.
